convert p2v sbs 2003 to esxi4.1

i have esxi4.1
and i try to convert sbs 2003 /
c:\is dynamic i have 18g free
d: 60 free
i get massage
failed: VSS snapshots are not supported for the source volume(s). Error code:
2147754764 (0x8004230C).
can someone help me with this problem.

Most propably you have not turned on Microsoft Volume Copy or there is something wrong with the registry for VSS.. Pleas take a look at my guide at http://theconverter.blogspot.com/2011/09/failed-netbackup-flashbackup.html it is for a problem in netbackup but the same source of error, namely VSS.
